Application Description
The MVP-2000 will face all your cans so that they look top notch on the shelf and then apply a traditional six pack carrier to the top and spit them out onto an accumulation conveyor to hand stuff into your trays. By facing the cans, you won’t have to rely on distributors, store owners and salespeople to hand face your cans.
We use laser bar code scanners to pick out a point of reference on the can and then we can turn the cans in any direction you want from there. Then, the six pack ring is applied and you're done. It will run up to 75 cans per minute and with additional conveyor on the front end will mate up to most low speed canning lines.
Ska Brewing was hand facing cans and applying rings with a foot actuated ring applicator. Running two Cask lines, we were operating at 5 people on our line. After we built, tested and installed the MVP-2000 paired with our Can-i-Bus depal, we are now able to operate both lines with 2 people.
