Pulsewidth and Pulseperiod
« on: March 15, 2002, 07:51:13 AM »
What is the difference between pulsewidth and pulseperiod.  I think that pulsewidth measures how much time lapses from one signal to the next but what does pulseperiod measure?
Thanks,
Ken

PULSEWIDTH measure the number of microseconds on the "ON" cycle on the pulse. PULSEPERIOD include both the ON and OFF cycle, which is the inverse of the PULSEFREQUENCY.
