The Wx100-ExtA is the same PLC as the Wx100, but is fitted with an external antenna for applications where the PLC is completely housed inside a control panel box and needs access to external wifi signal. The Wx100 PLC is the newest addition to the Triangle Research PLC family for small to large automation OEM applications. It is equipped with :
- a mini built-in graphic display and a programmable keypad
- supports full floating point math - TCP/IP, MODBUS RTU, MODBUS TCP, RS485
- WiFi connectivity built-in
- base unit 14 I/Os, expandable to a total of more than 160 digital and analog I/Os
To speed up field wiring and reduce labor cost, the Wx100 design provides ready connectivity to user-optimized wiring boards, or to our off-the-shelf Wx-TERM8 or Wx-TERM16 terminal board.
The Wx100 casing is designed to mount directly onto a din-kit rail, or into a cut-out on a control panel box/cover.
