Notes for Processing Your Order

- Orders here may be placed for shipping to US or Canadian Destinations only.
- Currency at check-out will default to your shipping location (USD or CAD).
- Make sure you hit the Update button in the shopping cart after making changes to qty shown.
- GST/PST/HST will be applied in accordance to your delivery location if in Canada.
- Your transaction is only processed upon your final confirmation at end of the check-out process.
- Most orders are shipped the same day if received before 1.00 pm Pacific Coast Time

- Common Reasons for Failed Credit Card Transactions
  a. Billing address is not in accordance with the address in your credit card issuer's records.
  b. Credit on a card has been exceeded

- Stock-Out : in the event that an order is for a qty larger than available in stock at our US or Canadian distribution locations, shipment may be made directly from our Singapore warehouse and billed at domestic 2-day rates or equivalent. Shipments from Singapore typically take 3-4 days to arrive at customer location except when Customs require extra clearance checks.

- Overnight Orders : particularly for multi-unit PLC orders, please call to check on stock availability before completing your order. Otherwise, shipment may be made on Overnight shipment mode only upon stock replenishment.

Upon Order Completion
An acknowledgment and receipt will be sent to your email address when an order has been properly received and processed, followed by shipment tracking # upon shipment.
