High Spped Counter

Hi Dear,

I am using GE Fanuc PLC for the Viscosity Program, in this program i m using Output-3 as a counter but there is some problem in this program. When i run the program the Puls Complete bit is ON befor that bit get the enable bit.


Please help me to understand the logic of the High Speed Counter
