program size

have inherited a program that has too many steps, though only a few more that the apparent 6016 limit.  this program was supposed to have been in use.  is this possible, perhaps on an older TRIPLC?  or am I looking at a bad version...

The M-series PLC can be installed with the optional EEPROM M2018P which allows up to 8290 words of program memory (instead of 6016 words).  So if your program compiles to more than 6016 words, you will need a PLC equipped with the M2018P in order to transfer the program to the PLC.
