Hi - when I run fnEmail in the simulator a text box appears as per screen-shot and I don't know
what information to enter

The simulator on i-TRiLOGI does not simulate sending of email. The simulator only output the content of the PRINT # statement as if it is being sent to the COMM port. You need to transfer the actual program to the PLC to perform the email test.
