Hi. Can I use the MD888 to create a pulse in order to simulate an encoder? Thank you.

You can use the PWM output to simulate a pulse train arriving at the high speed counter inputs (non enhanced quadrature mode only) in order to test the pulse measurement and high speed counter functions.
