E10 npn+

i am using E10 npn+ plc.

all outputs of PLC goes high as we power ON the PLC. all 4 indicators of output keeps high even if we download the blank program.

weather outputs are damaged due to some reason?
if yes can we do it by changing IC? which one should be used ?

The output driver is likely to be damaged (overload of more than 1A current to any output can damage the driver). It is the ULN2803A IC that needs to be replaced. Yes you can buy it from any electronics components supplier and replace the chip. Since the chip is socketed it is quite easy to do it yourself. Just make sure that all the pins are inserted properly into the socket before you apply power.
