You can use two 10K ohm resistors in series and connect to the 0-10V input, then tap the center of the two series resistor and the voltage will be divided by two, which means 0-5V.
This technique is already described in the PLC's installation guide (white cover thin booklet). Pleas refer to it for the wiring diagram.
