mouse wheel in main screen

One thing I don't like in the ladder editor is that I cannot use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down through the circuits

The wheel works OK in all other windows like the I/O table and the monitor and simulator windows, but on the main window, I must the side bars instead the wheel

I have tried to resolve this within windows, but it appears to be a Tri-PLC problem. Sure would be nice for "look and feel" improvment.
