The cable is shipped together with the LCD420, LCD216 and MD-HMI. So there is no need to purchase a cable separately.
If you want to make your own cable you can follow the same way as the standard cable. The main thing is to ensure that the orientation of the IDC plug will fit into the LCD port in the correct direction.
