Filezilla Connection Issue

I just downloaded and installed the latest filezilla 0.9.41 beta turned off my windows firewall and disabled norton anti virus. I select File. Connect to Server enter the PLC IP address (192.168.10.205) and port (9080) entered a password, didn't enter a password doesn't matter same result from Filezilla

Connecting to server...
Connected, waiting for authentication

I cannot access any settings.

I can view the PLC's web in a browser and can connect via ethernet and download / monitor programs.

What could I be missing?

Did you install a FileZilla "Server" or FileZilla "Client"?  

You should install the filezilla "Client" since you want to connect to the PLC's FTP server.

The latest FileZilla "Client" should be version 3.5.x.  Version 0.9.41 sounds like the FileZilla server and is not the correct program.
