trigger a batch file from the plc

is it possible with a print command in the t100md+ to trigger a batch file execution on a laptop running the tl server 3 directly connected to com port on the plc?

I don't think so.

Essentially whatever PRINT command sent by the PLC to the PC is captured by TLServer and TLServer doesn't have such a service.
