communication problem with a MMI-430T and

I have  a  MMI-430T KEP and
a TRI-plc T100MD.
We used the cable  2-3,3,2,5-5
The message on touch screen is {PLC no response}.

Sorry for the late response. For some reason we have missed out on replying on this post. I hope you have already resolved the issue. It probably has something to do with the COM port settings in the KEP.

Did you try to download the sample projects that we did with KEP touch panel? Please visit the following link:

You can download the application notes and sample project file and run it. Once you can successfully communicate with the KEP you can follow the example to find out what's was missing in your original settings.
