Can anyone tell me what flow control the PLC will expect from a PC that it is communicating with:
None, Xon/Xoff or hardware?

All our PLCs do not use flow control (whether hardware or software) when communicating with the host PC. The PLC normallyprocess incoming commands fast enough even at 38,400bps.
