PLC CONTROLS ENGINEER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Degree
- 5-7 years experience in the application and programming of PLCs like Allen Bradley ControlLogix, Modicon, Siemens or Mitsubishi and HMIs.
- 5-7 years experience in machine control with significant technical responsibility.
- Experience in selecting and applying motors, drives, and other components.
- Familiarity with basic electrical assembly and wiring
- Familiarity with Industry Specs and Standards
- Automotive Assembly Automation Experience preferred
- Determine & document controls requirements for new applications and projects
- Experience in trouble shooting of automation equipments
- Sales experience plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting our current PLC installations in the automotive industry in the MI, IN, OH, IL areas
- Selling our PLC solutions with existing customers and new businesses
