Can't Download Program to PLC

I have problem to download program to PLC 1616+. PLC Server (TLserver) have been responsed (IR01).But when i want to download program and detect ID PLC (Trilogi Software) first, Trilogi cant detect PLC ID.

Trilogi software share notice "No Response from Node1" as shown below :

what is the meaning of this problem??
and what should i do??

Was the TLServer still running when you try to transfer program to the PLC? TLServer must be running (although you can minimize it) so that the TRiLOGI software can communicate with the TLServer via TCP/IP and TLServer then connects to the PLC via RS232 or RS485.

You can also try "Controller-> Disconnect" to close the current connection first then re-try the connection to the TLServer. Sometime it may be because the previous connection was lost but not properly closed.

I have do all your instruction but Trilogi still detect PLC ID as shown in previous picture.

Did you click on the "Detect ID" button? Or did you just click "OK"? You can also manually enter the number 01 into the "ID (Hex)" box and then click OK.
