If your mobile phone can be connected to a PC HyperTerminal to send and receive text string as well as reponde to AT command then you can use the TBASIC language to talk to your mobile phone. Please check with your phone manufacturer's website to see if you are able to do that.

Hi Mr. Support,

Does you mean that phone connect to PLC via PC, then, how to use the TBASIC language to talk to my mobile phone? Which TBASIC language can use to get the sms message from mobile phone? Can you advise me in more detail?
If my phone can connect with PC by using "PC Suite" application, does it work also or not?

Thank You,

Technical support / An inconceivability event of PLC ???

Hi All,

We face to an enigmatical event of PLC.

This PLC had operation in good condition for 10 days before this enigmatical event happen.  Suddenly, the PLC switch off all the I/O, reload the program and turn on the I/O. After 2 minutes, PLC repeat this few step again. Its frequently happen in two minutes time without rhyme or reason.

After that, we transfer a BLANK program into PLC, that few step switch off and on the I/O was not happen again. After monitoring in one hour, we transfer back the original program into PLC, and it also doesn't have any abnormity happen untill now.

Before this abnormity happen untill it operation back to good condition, all wiring for I/O, analog I/O, power supply and RS485 unchanged and no unpluged.

Does anybody have an experience with this event before?

Our customer request: "Please investigate the actual route cause to eliminate the problem to the future. Please narrow down to the detail."

Thank You,

Regards,

Technical support / PLC auto reset (urgent)
« on: November 02, 2006, 03:11:23 AM »
Hi all,

I have a very urgency question:

T100MD+888 PLC automatic reset frequently (around 2 minutes per reset) by
itseft? (not program command and not the user pressing the reset button)
How to solve this?

As you know some item control by PLC output cannot frequently on / off, I need to solve this ASAP.

Thank You,

Regards,

If RS232 read the data from DM[n] and the RS485 write the data into the same DM[n] at the same time, do it have any problem?

RS232 <--------- DM[1] <----------- RS485
RS232 <--------- DM[2] <----------- RS485

THANK YOU
