hi all,
I'm trying to develpop a GUI in v. Basic 2008 to control the plc.
I've installed the server lite and in basic configured the communications control ocx with the .cdm file created in cx-server. It doesnt seem to communicate with the plc or if it does it doenst get or set any data.
I wonder if anyone can help me. Have you got any exemples that work (not necessarily in basic, can aldo be in excel)?
PLC - cpm1A-40
using - win xp sp3 - cx-programmer - cx-server
to commnicate i'm using - pc usb-usbTOrs232 cable - cif - plc
communication is ok within cx- programmer for example and others
