they blink, and the 3 status leds don't do anything.

Technical support / blinking output leds on powerup

I just got a t100md888. I have little or no prior experience with controllers, and limited experience with electronics. When I supply power, a small led between the power and rs485 connectors blinks together with outputs 1-4. That is as far as it gets. I can't find anything in the instructions about this led or anything that describes my blinking. What is wrong?
