Technical support / connecting motor to PLC 1616

May name is antoni moniarjo, I am a student in college teknologi adisutjipto in Indonesia state. I wish to enquire about PLC, because me have the problem with PLC. Its problem seen picture here under
I wish movement motor CV-01 to right.and motor CV-02 to left if FRC (flow sensor) ≤20 m3 /s and movement motor CV-01 to left right.and motor CV-02 to right if FRC (flow sensor) ≥ 20 m3 /s.
1.way of connecting motor CV-01 and CV-02 to PLC.? help explain with picture !
2.what used intruksi to motor If bifase motor??
3.way program for the case of above by using TRiLOGI program ?
