Title: Retrieving a file from 888

Hello my name is Mike and I am doing a project for Whirlpool. Due to a virus I had to reformate my computer. During this ordeal I lost my program. The program is still in the plc and I need to retrieve it. I was told that I could do this using the dos version. Using the dos version it does in fact see my program in the plc but when I try to retrieve the program I get a "disk access error" I did notice that the only dos version I have is for programs with an extention of .pc4 and my program has an extention of .pc5. I need help and I need it fast, I would even be willing to pay to get out of this one. Can anybody help ?????
