Can the E10 be programmed with TBasic like the T100 ??

No, TBASIC is only available to the M-series PLCs. E10 has too little memory to be able to implement the powerful TBASIC functions. E10s are cost effective replacement for relay ladder logic and hardware timers/counters but the real power in the PLCs are mainly available in the M-series PLCs.
