Can i use the PLC i/o board for a home monitoring system??

You have posted this question at the wrong section and therefore was not answered in time. The PLC has I/O capability which allows you to wire up your home with sensors connected to the inputs and devices connected to the output. With the connection to a PC running our TLServer software the PLC become accessible via the Internet. You can view the input status or remotely and turn On/OFF outputs or even changing the program in the PLC.

Sorry for asking this question in here, but I'm looking for some articles about the usage of PLCs in different environments and what you said about using it at home sound cool! Can you introduce me to some links/articles that I can read more about the usage of PLCs especialy this one?
