Are there any recommended enclosures for theT100MX+ that are waterproof and somewhat compact that you know of?

You can install the T100MX+ on any industrial standard control panel of various sizes, depending on what other parts you need to wire to. You can check out with electronic/electrical stockist such as www.digikey.com for suitable module. They have different NEMA specification for different applications. Normally it is not necessary to install the PLC in a enclosure and then install the whole thing inside a control panel as the control panel should provide the necessary protections.
