Title: Trouble connecting to PLC

i cannot seem to load a program from my pc to the PLC.  i have checked everything and don't have an answer.

Please be more specific about the problem. What PLC model are you using? Which software version? What kind of error messages? We can't provide any guideline if you just said you "checked everything" since that really doesn't explain anything.
