Title: Can't open .PC5 file

I have trilogi 5.32 installed on my pc. Today when I opened a .PC5 through  trilogi program, I got a error message saying "file not found or it is not a valid trilogi file". I am very sure the file is a valid file since I created it days ago. Then I tried open those sample file come together with software, I got the same error message. However the only file I can open is "Demo-protected" file. Urgenly need your help to solve this problem!!!!

Are you using non-English Windows? Are you able to operate Windows in English mode? Some non-latin based language version of Windows could give trouble in file format used by TRiLOGI version 5.32.

If you need to use international language Windows, please contact sales@tri-plc.com and we can send you TRiLOGI version 6 (beta) that can handle non-English language Windows. Please indicate your purchase details (e.g. from which distributor) so that we can verify and act accordingly.
