Hi,

Can I use Trilogi V5.3 to program an E10-npn ?. Is different from WinTrilogi?.

No, TRiLOGI version 5.3 only works with  M-series PLCs which includes all the T100MD+ and T100MX+ PLCs.  

For E10-npn, E10-Relay and all the H-series PLCs (T22H, T28H....T64H) they are programmable using the WinTRiLOGI version 3.5x so they have their own starter kit.
