I have the T100MD888+ PLC, using Trilogi, how can I choose the time base for a timer.

There are only two time bases: 0.1s or 0.01s.  The default is 0.1s.

You have to execute the HSTIMER command to define the first n number of timers to become high speed (0.01s). i.e. HSTIMER 5 means timer #1 to #5 become high speed timers.
