Title: increasing memory size

I have a T100MD888+ PLC. I

s it possible to increase the memory size in the PLC by substituting a larger memory device?

The PLC's EEPROM program memory and EEPROM data memory can be increased if you purchase a M2018P option. It replaces the M2017P chip and give the PLC the following memory limits:

Program memory: 8190 words
EEPROM Data memory: 7700 words

There is no increase in RAM variables DM[1] to DM[4000].

M2018P cost US$20.00 each and can be purchased only by contacting your seller directly. It is not available online. It is meant as a last resort for those who just need a bit more program  memory or need to store large amount of non volatile memory .
