I am having a problem when I try to load (open) any program (samples), even one that i wrote myself (I can write program and save it, but can not open it later)
I get message: "File not found or it is not valid TRiLOGI file."
I have downloaded and installed two versions of Java:
1.3.1_06
1.4.1_01
Disabling and enabling any of versions does not help.
OS is WindowsXP.

Did you navigate to the file and then double click on it to open? Or did you just enter the file name? By default files are saved to the local drive at the directory:
c:\TRiLOGI\TL5\usr\
When you try to open the file did you see it there in the folder?
We never had any report of such problem. If you are sure about it, then zip the file(s) and email to us at:
support@tri-plc.com
and we will try to see what's went wrong.

It is Educational version of TRiLOGI.
I have tried to open files from File > Open (Local Drive).
I have also tried double click on files (from explorer) but they are not associated to any program.
Wich files you would like me to e-mail to you?

Your problem is very strange. I had just tested it on Windows XP and JRE 1.3.1_05 and has no problem opening any file at all.
We had never received similar report from other users. We would like to hear if any other users have the same experience.
You may like to try to install the software on a different PC. There were more than 20000 downloads of the Windows TRiLOGI software this year and there is a good chance that the program should work well on another PC.

I have solved a problem.
Problem was in Java version.
I have installed two versions:
1. j2re-1_3_1_06-windows-i586-i
2. j2re-1_4_1_01-windows-i586-i
Theese are International versions.
I've removed them and installed US version:
j2re-1_4_1-windows-i586
Now it works!
