Hi. Can MD888 to send modbus using RS232 to other MD888?

T100MD888 serial port does not connect well to another T100MD888 because the serial port was implemented with level shifters and not true RS232. However, T100MD may connect to other devices that have true RS232 port, such as a PC, or another FMD or F-series PLC (via cross over cable).

Hi. If the RS232 is converted into RS485 using Auto485? Can the 2 PLCs communicate in Modbus? Thank You.

Yes. They can communicate although you must allow the default turn-around delay of Auto485 (default). i.e. you cannot set the PLC to respond immediately to incoming command.
