Title: Run_time error '53'

I just tried installing Trilogi software on my new desktop with windows 7, 32 bit version.  When trying to open the software after installation I get a    Run_time error '53'  File not found.  Does anyone know what can be done to use the software on this version of windows.  I have tried to reinstall it numerous times and the result is the same.  I have installed it on my laptop with windows 7 without any problems.

The problem could be with the JRE that was pre-installed in Windows 7 which did not recognize the Jar files that TLServer and TRiLOGI depends on. Apparently some version of Windows 7 came with JRE that was not properly installed and leds to problem running Java programs.
