Title: Downloading programming

When trying to download the program I log on as "sample" with id number "01" but it responds with "please check username/password and try again" why is this?

Did you log on with the user name "samples" and no password? It should end with an "s".

Unless someone has made changes to the username/password in the "TLserver" this default username/password should work.

it's working, I forgot the "s" thanks
