Title: output always stay on

Hi

I'am using a T100MD2424+plc in a home controlling system.
Suddenly output 11  and the red led always stay on even when all the connectors for inputs and outputs are removed.
What could be the reason for this and how can it be repared
please.

The output driver TPIC6A595NE (U05) may have been damaged by over-voltage or over-current. You could purchase a replacement IC from www.digikey.com or purchase it from sales@tri-plc.com
