I was saying that any time when CR1 is OFF (which is by default) 101,102 and 103 will be ON.This is not what I need. If CR1 is controlled by power any time when power is OFF the outputs will be ON.

If you use a NO contact (INPUT) in serie with the coil (OUTPUT). The ouptup will be on as long as the input is on.

It will not work because any time when the input is OFF the output will be ON.
E.g. Power button-when it is OFF the given output/s will be ON.

Now isn't it the same-any time when CR1 is OFF (which is by default) 101,102 and 103 will be ON.

But in your suggestion any time when 100 is OFF this will turn 101,102 and 103 ON.

Technical support / Re:Where is normally closed output symbol?
« on: February 08, 2009, 10:31:31 AM »
Where is this internal relay? I couldn't find anything.
Personally I don't mind Trilogi but why it is so much complicated compared to another PLC packages?
Why do I have to use some internal relay if I need to just shut down an output?  ???

Technical support / Turn off an output

I was trying to find out where the option to turn off an output is but I couldn't find anything.I need an input to turn off given output.
Some help where exactly it is will be more than welcome. I am using Trilofi 6.22.
One thing that I noticed since using Trilogi-it is not very intuitive.

How can I create a keep input using Trilogi v.6.22?
I need it in order to reset a circuit after pressing a given key once.

Thanks in advance.

Anyway.I think there is definitely an issue with 5.3. But since there is 6.2 makes no sense to try to figure out what the problem is.I have the notion that might be something with the Java machine.
With the new 6.2 seems to be OK with saving/opening a local file.
I noticed when I open a file from the desktop and after that close the program a file "config.tl6" is created on the desktop? Deleting it doesn't seem to cause any problems.

The file you sent has a corrupted signature. Did you use a word processor or notepad program to open this file and then saved over it?  Saving would corrupt the signature since the Word or notepad program converted some of the non-printable character into "?" character and TRiLOGI don't recognize it.

You should create another simple program and save it and then reopen to verify that the TRiLOGI software running on your system is able to save data correctly.
That is because following your advice I tried to open it with Notepad.I guess since then Windows associates .pc5 with Notepad. But anyway. This is not the problem.
I couldn't open my file even yesterday-immediately after closing the program. After creating a file of a given type Windows should associate this file with the corresponding program.I am saying that immediately after saving the file to HDD it is not recognized as a file whose software is Trilogi. The icon was just as if the file was completely unknown to the operating system. And please, note that it was long before even trying to open it with any other kind of text editor.

Why don't you email the file to support@tri-plc.com and we can take a look to see if it is of the correct content.
I just sent it.
Thank you.
