Title: T40H-R PLC
Post by: philipjoseph on September 27, 2002, 04:38:02 AM

MAY I PROGRAM THE T40H USING TL4.1 OR TL3?

DO I HAVE PROBLEM IF I WORK WITH WINDOWS 2000, NT OR XP TO TRANSFER THE PROGRAM?

T40H can only be programmed using TL33, not TL4.1 nor TL5.

There will be a problem for DOS program to work under any NT based O/S because the O/S does not allow the DOS program to take control of the serial port. You can however install the TRiLOGI software onto a floppy disk with a DOS O/S and then boot using the floppy disk only. That way you bypass the windows NT or 2000 or XP and can program the PLC in DOS.
