TestPLCmon.htm - Page not found

Hello again.  TL_Server is running PLC ID=1. Found Server2.0 in C:/Solar/TriLogi/TL5 and copied TestApplett.jar & TestPLCmon.htm to folder.  I can't get explorer5.0 win2000 to find the page.  I used http://127.0.0.1:9080/TestPLCmon.htm  -page not found.  IP protocol PPPOE.  I can get Trilogic index page to come up.  Any suggestions?

The applet should be stored in the folder:

   C:/Solar/TriLogi/TL5/public

Then you should be able to find it.
