Are you using non-English Windows mode to open the file? There are some problems regarding International language due to the fact the TRiLOGI version 5.xx stores the file in ASCII and not in Unicodes.
Try changing to English mode Windows and you should be able to open the file.
We do have a beta version of International language TRiLOGI version 6.0 currently being tested by some users using Chinese, Korean, Spanish and Hebrew mode of Windows. If you have purchased the TRiLOGI software and wish to test out the Intenational language TRiLOGI version 6.0 please contact us at sales@tri-plc.com and furnish your purchase details and we can send it to you.
