What is the voltage rating of the cooling fan?

If you use the T100MD888+ with 12VDC you can connect "+" end of the fan wire to +12V, the "-" end goes to PLC's output and it will work with any output.

If your PLC runs at 24V, then you can only use the PLC output #7 or #8 (as PWM output) and set duty cycle not more than 50%. You can change the duty cycle to vary the fan speed. The average voltage applied to the fan at 50% duty cycle = 24 x 0.5 = 12V DC.
