Our Webserver which was hosted in Florida was down on Oct 24 due to power failure caused by hurricane Wilma. The server came back on briefly on Oct 25. But at 1:10pm EST, the backup generator failed again and brought down the server yet again. If you have sent emails to us and did not receive a response, please resend your emails as we may not have received them.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this rare outage. Currently the server is run by backup generator until the main power is restored, and we certainly hope that the server will not go down again. If it does happen again, please call us at 1-877-TRI-PLCS or 1-877-874-7527 for any purchase or technical support questions that require prompt response.
