TBASIC and State Transitions(SEQ1)

I have been trying to figure if it is possible to have a rung of ladder logic have a custom function run and depending on the function turn a different state of the SEQ1 on?

 I have read through the "TBASIC" programmers reference but no such function exists or anything of the sort.

Any help would be much appreciated!
