A 12v plc for exterior temps

Hi All,
Looking for a plc 5 input 6 relay output to control a two way radio repeater setup. SIze is not important but reliable operation through all of Canada,s harsh temp is needed( Standard automotive t-temp would be accepatable). Any sugestions??
