Stepper driver

Hi. Is the TMD888 pin 1 and 5 an open collector or line driver if I'm feeding pulses to a stepper motor driver?

All outputs on the T100MD888+ (and current generation of FMD88-10 that replaces it) are all NPN output which is like open collector except that there are 5.6K ohm resistor  and a red LED on each output to pull up to the V+ rail.
