T100MD2424+ I/O's not working

There seems to be a problem with my newly bought T100MD-2424+ PLC. After transferring my program in to PLC, only output 5 & 6 are working. The rest of the I/O's are not working. My basis is the red led near the Output and the Green LED near the Inputs. Im using a 24V power supply also bought from TRi. Is there a way or a program to test if PLC hardware is broken? Ive done a simple progrmam to test my IO's and works well in the simulation. however, in the actual PLC, its not working. Please help.

Did you connect 24V to the MCR input? The MCR input is next to the 0V input and it allows an external control of the output drivers.

24V is already connected to the mcr input. otherwise program may not be successfully transffered to the PLC, am i right? i have also followed the installation properly. pls enlighten me further.

btw, here's the picture of my T100MD2424 PLC im referring to. only output 5 &6 seems to be working. the rest of the IO's are all off.

Sorry I don't think your picture is uploaded successfully (probably more than 100KB limit).

Without MCR input you will still be able to transfer program to the PLC as the CPU continue to receive power. MCR input controls all the output drivers except 5 & 6.

Can you use a meter to check that there is 24V at the MCR input.

So it means you need to connect

24V | 0V | 24V | Out7 | Out8

in the above order on the power supply terminal.
