PLC stops triggering relays after 2 min.
« on: January 07, 2004, 06:18:42 AM »
Purchased and E10 Relay+ and have encountered a problem. After 2 minutes or so the PLC stops triggering the output relays. The input is still being received(the LED lights up and the unit is getting power). And it seems to be attempting to run the rest of the program(as I see in the online monitoring part of the win trilogy). When this error occurs the win trilogy software says it can no longer communicate with the PLC and I should check the connection. I am not sure if it is logic related or if the PLC may be defective. Any Ideas?

An email has been sent advising you on the procedure of checking as well as return address if it is a faulty board. Please respond to the email.
