Learning to interface different sensors with PLC

Hello i am new to the world of PLC and would want to learn how to interface different sensors with FMD8810(which i have bought).It would be very helpful if you had any example`s of work you guys have done which i could go through and learn.

What kind of sensors (digital ON/OFF or analog sensors)? Have you downloaded the PLC's User's Manual? There are quite a few examples on how to interface to various type of temperature sensors such as thermistor, semiconductor temperature sensor etc and the calculation to scale the analog data into your unit of measurement.

If you visit our "Frequently Asked Question" section of this forum you can also find out how to interface to 2-wire 4-20mA sensors etc.

You can also search past posting in the forum by clicking on the "Search" button and enter the keyword to see if someone else has posted the type of sensors you are interested.
