NANO FAULTED ... HELP

Hello

We have a new Nano.
We have used Tri_Plc products for years.

But we have a problem.
Durring FTP of files to Web Server on Nano

It locked up.
Red Light on PAUSE

Can not connect with ethernet or RS485 or TS_Server or  FTP

Cycled power..  

Is there a reset button ?

Any thoughs ???

Need to more forward quickly on our project.

The FTP is causing the PLC to lock up? It is not something we are aware of. Can you put on jumper J4 and then cycle power. J4 put the PLC in PAUSE mode so that it will not execute any corrupted program.

Then try to see if you can connect via RS485. If so, transfer blank program to the PLC and then remove Jumper J4. PLC will start up at 38,400 bps, 8, 1, n and try to see if TLServer can communicate with the Nano-10.
