F1616 Relay Outputs

What are the 24Vdc current ratings of each relay output on the F1616 PLC.

The manual says 5A @24V/120VAC. I assume 24V is DC.

If the rating is 5A each how does the board conduct a maximum of 60A (5 A *12 relays) safely? There doesn't appear to be any significant conductors and the COM pin is quite small.

Can you also confirm that there are no issues connecting +24Vdc to the COM terminal of the relay DO's.

Each relay is able to conduct 5A @24VDC or 5A @120VAC.

However, the common screw terminal is only rated for 10A continuous so it is not possible to parallel a few relays to conduct 60A of current. For such high current you should use the PLC's output (solid state or relay) to drive a  "contactor" which are specialty relays that are designed to handle high current.
